Documentation for CODAP Plugins

To start contributing to the CODAP project, I cloned the repository from the github page eventually set myself up to contribute to CODAP.

However, I had to face a tough time understanding the code. What should be an ideal approach for me at this stage given that I have gone through the data interactive tutorial and have a decent knowledge of JavaScript.

Can you post a simple task/problem along with its solution so I really understand how the changes made in the code are reflected in the final work. Subsequently, I can feel more confident in solving any task assigned by you or chosen by me.
