Precision in CODAP vs. R

A colleague of mine is comparing results she got from fitting a regression line in CODAP vs. the results obtained in R.  There seems to be a slight discrepancy (in hundredths) between the results.  Could this be due to rounding issues?  Is precision in CODAP different from in R?  I can get the CODAP file (and the reported results from R) if you don’t have an answer to this question right off the bat.

Never mind – we figured it out.  It was a problem with the way the data were imported into CODAP – they were rounded to whole numbers and lost information.
