When I first open a shared link (in Chrome on a PC), the blue vertical scrollbar doesn’t seem to calculate correctly until I resize my window.
For example, using this shared link, immediately after opening the file, if I attempt to scroll all the way down using the blue scrollbar, this is as far as I can get:
If I resize my Chrome window, even just a little bit, the blue vertical scrollbar adjusts, and now I can scroll down farther:
Another example where it stands out is the Roller Coaster example file. When I first open it in a maximized Chrome window on my laptop, there is no vertical scrollbar until I resize my screen, so I can’t get to the bottom of the table.
